New to us? You're in the right place

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning after time away, our small, expertly guided classes help you feel supported from your very first session.

Our approach is rooted in the authentic Pilates method and taught in small groups, so you’re never lost or overlooked.

We take time to teach, guiding you through movement with clarity, attention and respect for your body as it is today.

Our teaching is shaped by classical Pilates principles and mentorship under internationally recognised educator Michael King.

Our Approach

Pilates works best when it’s taught with care and intention.

We focus on precision, control and progressive strength, taking the time to build strong foundations before moving forward. Our instructors guide each class attentively, offering clear cues and thoughtful adjustments throughout.

How to prepare for your first class...

  • Arrive 10 minutes early. So we can welcome you, show you the space and answer any questions.

  • What to bring. Comfortable clothing, grippy socks, water and an open mind.

  • Tell us about your body.  Let your teacher know about any injuries, concerns, or areas you’d like support with. Pilates is adaptable, and we teach accordingly.

During your class

From the moment you step onto the reformer, your teacher will guide you through the class with clarity and care.

We take time to explain movements, offer individual cues, and make adjustments where needed, so you feel supported, never rushed.

You’ll work through a structured sequence of traditional Pilates exercises, focusing on control, alignment and breathing, at a pace that allows you to learn and progress.
